Our coconut yogurt, made with just 2 ingredients, is perfectly thick and tangy. Coconut milk is blended with live probiotics and slowly fermented in a dark, temperature controlled room. During the fermentation process, the yogurt is mixed twice daily. After two days, the yogurt is refrigerated and it becomes creamy, just like the “real” yogurt.
